This Agreement may be modified by us AT ANY TIME. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York for contracts entered into and wholly performed within that State. The prevailing party in any suit to enforce the terms of this Agreement shall be entitled to recover such party's reasonable attorneys' fees.
